Texas Dogs Update

Miranda and Maureen were both career changed and have been placed in loving homes.

Nura is a guide and i think she went to in home training and therefore did not go through a formal graduation. Not completely positive on this!

Natura almost graduated but then was career changed for transportation fear and is now becoming a K9 buddy! K9 buddies are companion dogs for a visually impaired child.

Melville made it to phase 8 but did not complete his journey in becoming a guide dog. He was next considered for community placement and has been accepted into the dogs for diabetics program. When dogs are career changed, they are often next considered for other service dog positions. D4D trains service dogs to aid individuals who have diabetes.
